Every woman’s cancer experience is different and her relationship with her breasts is unique.⁠ As a specialist breast surgeon and a woman, I come from a place of understanding and compassion. Working at the Queensland Breast Care Centre allows me to work with a dedicated and experienced team of doctors, nurses and support staff who understand the concerns of my patients.

I stay on top of new research and have special interests in breast preservation, reconstruction and nuanced surgical techniques. This includes implant reconstruction as well as oncoplastic, local flap, breast lift and reduction techniques, to achieve both best practice cancer management as well as optimum aesthetic results.

I also care for women and families at high risk of breast cancer, providing genetic testing and long-term management. Another part of my work is managing patients with melanoma, including provision of sentinel lymph node biopsy to allow patients to benefit from modern melanoma therapies.
